Full Civil and Structural Engineering Services for New Build of Industrial Units and Office Accommodation

This £3.2 million construction project was the regeneration of a dilapidated railway goods yard to provide industrial units and ‘start up’ offices for new businesses.

Following our feasibility study for the project, EAR Sheppard was appointed for the structural design of the new buildings as well as the civil engineering design of the highway (to adoptable standard), car parking areas, foul and surface drainage and a revised junction layout to the existing highway.
