Project management services
You may be daunted by the prospect of controlling and managing a building project or building contractor. In addition to structural design and detailing we can provide project management and contract administration services in accordance with the Association of Consultancy and Engineering Conditions of Engagement.
Our services take the hassle out of managing a project. Administration duties include setting commencement and completion dates, ensuring appropriate insurances are in place, certifying work complete and payments due to the contractor, issuing additions and omissions instructions to the contractor as work progresses, periodically inspecting work in progress, determining if work is adequate.
